My pet needs to be spayed / neutered. Isn't it a simple surgery? Does the skill of the surgeon or quality of the surgical procedure really matter?

Can I bring my pet in without an appointment?
We strongly suggest that you make an appointment for your pet. We accommodate walk-in patients as best we can, but emergencies and scheduled appointments are seen first. When calling to schedule your pet's appointment, our friendly client services team will find a time that will best work with your schedule.
What is the procedure for handling emergencies nights/weekends /holidays?
We have three fantastic 24 hour emergency facilities here in our area. Click here for information and directions to these after hours care facilities. The emergency veterinarian will contact us with an update so that we can ensure that no steps are missed in your pet 's care
What type of information can you provide me about pet insurance?
Though we don’t endorse any one pet insurance company, we can provide you with information for several insurance companies. If you decide to insure your pet, we will fax all claims forms for you following your visit.
