Charlene Sheets, Veterinary Assistant

Charlene joined Animal Medical Clinic in April 2004. She has received most of her 11 years of experience through a 5 doctor practice in the Philidelphia area.She has also completed Animal nursing and radiology courses through Cedar Valley College and is also certified as a Veterinary Dental Technician through Imaging Resources and American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. She resides in Goose Creek with her husband Jesus, daughter Sujey, one very spoiled dog,Thumper and 4.75 cats: Bunnie, Bugs, Jag, Cinco and Cricket, the neighbors cat who is a frequent visitor. Her hobbies include: gardening,cross-stitching, reading and fishing.

 

Elizabeth Chastain, LVT 

Elizabeth joined our team as a Veterinary Technician in February 2004. She is a 2006 graduate of Trident Tech's Veterinary Technology program. Elizabeth especially enjoys working with cats and reptiles. She is a Goose Creek native and lives here with her 3 cats and 4 snakes.

 

 

 Jennifer Ames, Technician Assistant

Jennifer graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. She lives in Goose Creek with her many pets. She especially enjoys working with our senior patients. 

 

Kaycee Compton, LVT

Kaycee recently moved to Charleston from Charlotte, NC. She graduated from NCSU in 2005 and received her veterinary technician degree in 2008. She lives in West Ashley with her boyfriend and their dog, Bermuda, a chocolate lab. In her free time, Kaycee enjoys reading, the beach, and going to the gym.

 

Lyn Rodzianko, Veterinary Assistant

Lyn joined our team in 2000, after moving here from Washington, DC.  She graduated from Emory University and has worked in the veterinary field for over 12 years. She confesses to having a real soft spot for English Bulldogs. She enjoys doing stained glass and Ukranian Easter eggs and is an an senior group volunteer. She currently lives in Summerville. Lyn is happy to be a new first time grandmother. Congratulations Lyn!

Nikki Mcgowan, LVT

Nikki joined our team in January 2008 after spending her externship with us. Nikki received her Veterinary Technician degree from Trident Technical College in May 2008. She has worked in the veterinary field for many years as an equine nurse, but has decided to devote her time to small animal medicine. Nikki is mom to a daughter, Abby.

Pamela Lambert, Certified Veterinary Assistant

Pam recently moved back to her hometown, Charleston to be closer to family after living in Florida for a few years. Pam has worked in all aspects of the veterinary field, from grooming, kennels, shelters, and general medical practice. She recieved her veterinary assistant degree as a graduate of Pima Institute. She attended college in Jacksonville, FL and grad school at University of South Carolina. She is owned by two cats, Monkey and Jeffy.

Robin Monroe, Veterinary Assistant

Robin joined our team in September 2009. She and her husband Dennis live in Summerville with their cat Goose and  Gracie, an itchy but beautiful bulldog. Robin is our scrapbooking hobbiest and you can see her handiwork around the hospital in our photo albums.
